How'd he lose his hand?

The scythe was a sleeve at first, held onto his arm by a grip inside the handle. When the Reaper was resurrected as a zombie, Ultron laser-fused the scythe to his arm, as seen on page 2 of the Biography. This destroyed his hand, but bonded the scythe to him. When he was later fully resurrected by Wanda and Simon, his human body maintained the missing arm.
