There were many colorful characters introduced in the District-X series of the early 00s. This particular lady was notable because she was not one of them! She was simply a kind soul whose fortuitous friendship with the Omega level mutant called Mr. M saved Mutant-Town from mass destruction and death. Oh, and she ate lots and lots of bugs!
