One of the oldest mutants in existence, Crule is the External who represents ferocity in their eternal puzzle, and it shows. A savage fighter who lives only for the kill, Crule has no interest in the silk sheets and perfumed ways of his fellow High Lords. He has lived for millennia, through the rise and fall of empires, and yet is still at home starting bar fights in Madripoor's Lowtown. If Crule's victims survive him, it's either because he brazenly overextended himself, or merely wants to savor the kill for another day.
