Long before the Avengers embarked on a lengthy, multi-issue story arc called the Kang Dynasty, Canada's Premiere Super-Heroes had a sprawling story arc known as the Sorcerer Affair. This event saw an ancient, diabolical villain return to Earth to assist humanity speed up the destruction of their world. Complicating matters, Alpha Flight were trapped off-world on a dimension-hopping adventure that Llan sent them on.
