I always found it odd that after the Deadpool film they didn't just create a new character with the NTW name. I mean the original was dead and nothing like the film version. They could've even referenced the original by saying she saw her name on a memorial or Emma Frost told her it. Having said that, tthey gave her return an interesting storyline.
