Amazing work guys! The Wolverine, Namor, Deadpool trifecta, for the biggest and most complicated spotlights, is now complete.

Insanity!

I suspected this may happen with the movie out but then started to doubt Monolith would find the time with all of the other content released recently. Seriously, 18 pages of Deadpool on top of all of the new spotlights, spotlight updates, and villain team entries?! I only just recently finished reading Kang because of the complexity involved in that spotlight and I can only imagine the research involved in Wade's bio being slightly less than Kang's. Do you need a vacation Monolith?

Regardless, I don't know how UXN continues to top itself but thanks for all the hard work.
Books to be excited for:
Immortal X-men, X-men Red, She-Hulk, The Fall of X

A couple of years back Brian Cronin at CBR published a column tracing the history of the nipple on DP’s head. Seems like that detail might be integrated into the costume gallery.

@WWW: Thanks! The Deadpool Spotlight came from a confluence of events. I had already stoked my own interest by accident while writing the Cable Update, Black Tom Cassidy, Tyler Dayspring / Tolliver, and Commcast around the same time, all tracing over Deadpool's history here and there. We had the Avengers Event coming up, and were trying to come up with something connected to the movie. It only took 8 months, which is relatively short for an article of its size (I worked on Namor for a full year).

@Nu-D: Nah. Cronin already covered the nuances of the issue far more than we ever would in the Gallery. And, like he concluded, the nipple is ultimately inconsistent between artists. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. It's not something tied to a specific costume and costume change, which is what the gallery is based around. It's more like Spidey's underarm webs, or how tall are the Bat-Ears that way.
