Closing out this mini X-Statix week is a significant expansion to one of our shorter character articles. Having only appeared in a few issues of the original series, Zeitgeist came back in a BIG way in the X-Cellent revival. Essentially being the main character of the 10 issues of The X-Cellent mini series, he brought all new meaning to the term unlikable protagonist. A complete narcissist out for recognition and revenge against those he deemed as stealing his spotlight, this jerk wanted to revered as a god. Will this abusive and self-obsessed mutant get what's coming to him? Read on and worship... Zeitgeist!
