In the last fifteen or so years since her Spotlight updated, Kitty has been through a lot. Becoming a headmistress, a doctor of astrophysics, a Guardian of the Galaxy, almost getting married (twice), the leader of a nation, the captain of a pirate ship, and the deadliest ninja assassin that Ogun's training would allow. Shadowkat and Captain Kate the Red Queen have taken a back seat, though, as a shellshocked Kitty regresses to just trying to live a normal life in the aftermath of the Fall of X.
