With her iconic, metallic, one-piece swimsuit, Juliana Worthing, a creation of Rob Liefield, was clearly the inspiration behind designer Thierry Mugler's iconic haute couture show in 1995, which recently received spotlight again when Zendaya wore an archival piece to the London premiere of Dune Part Two.... Okay, so we don't know that, but seriously look it up! There are serious design overlaps. This mutant served Stryfe as a minion and occasional commander, only to fade into obscurity by the end of the 1990s, her true potential as a villain never quite realized. Read here about Strobe.

Outside of Tempo, she’s probably the most dangerous of the MLF. A lot of them are brawlers. But she has long range attack ability and is just as dangerous up close. I’d love to know more about her background, what makes her tick, what kept her around, etc. all I know is that, from Thumbelina’s perspective, she was mean.oh and she was not reluctant to laser someone’s face off.

I think this is a shared problem with most of the MLF members. Next to nothing is known about their backgrounds, and little thought was given to their motivation beyond being terrorists. I don't blame the characters, their writers did not fully flesh them out.
