It's been a while since we caught up with the core X-Men team and we are still working our way through the 90's. What’s interesting about this time period is that for all the “X-Men keep facing extinction” thingy people said about the team between M-Day and basically HoX/PoX, alot of the period between Onslaught till maybe the Twelve or even Morrison’s revamp gave you the feeling that mutants were losing and about to be erased. It wasn’t as all mutants as the other period but it definitely felt like the X-Men themselves were on the brink. Or was it just me?
