Update On...MAVERICK

This week, we're bringing you a pair of Spotlight Updates before turkey time! When we last saw Maverick, he was depressed and depowered after the one-two punch of the Weapon X Program and the Decimation. With the Age of Krakoa, Maverick rediscovered his roots as a mercenary and thrilled at being his own boss. His "Mercs" were often at odds with Krakoa, for the mutant nation-state was now in the 1% and plenty of opportunities for profit targeted the opulent country. Still, North and Logan remained brothers-at-arms, and Maverick quietly wished he could one day draw Wolverine away from his new loyalties and return to their roots as soldiers-for-hire.
