The Mutant Liberation Front made a surprise return during the X-Men: Disassembled era. Among the returning members was fan-favorite member, the feisty Dragoness! But since we debuted her spotlight many years ago, she's actually been up to a few other things, too - like challenging the Five Lights on Utopia, and getting caught up in the Mothervine debacle. Just don't think about what happened to her when she returned to Madripoor - and definitely don't call her a MILF! https://uncannyxmen.net/characters/dragoness

Is Dragoness of Japanese descent? The reason why I ask is because her and her family were survivors of the Hiroshima bombing.
Also, isn't Wildside in his 40s, 50s, or 60s? I found it strange they were lovers considering their age gap.
I thought Wildside was an older man due to his hair color.
All we know of Wildside is that his name is Richard Gill and that Reignfire insinuated that he came from money. But all of the MLF were meant to be contemporaries of X-Force. So they were relatively young but not minors.
I think Tammy Kurtz aka Dragoness might have been born or simply lived in Japan. Her parents were exposed to Fallout from Hiroshima. But they never said how old they were when this occurred. They could have been children. They might have been foreigners working in the area. We just don't know. Dragoness doesn't have much of a steady characterization. I half suspect that she was meant to be Strobe when she appeared as Wildside's main squeeze. Her wings aren't even real. So who knows why she adopted the dragon motif. It doesn't align all that well with bioelectric energy projection.
