DEATH CHART - UPDATE!

Post by Dean Clayton »

Updating the Death Chart on Halloween has become a semi-annual tradition for us. But death isn't as spooky n' scary for the X-Men as it has been in years past. Thanks to the innovations on Krakoa with the Resurrection Five, mutantkind no longer needs to fear death. And so, many X-Men have died in the past few years, only to be reborn again. Progress? Perhaps. Only time will tell...

Always nice to see an update to the death chart. I assume several of the characters we have seen as having returned on Krakoa as background cameos won't be added until a harder confirmation of the method of their return is documented (such as Kuan-Yin Xorn, John Proudstar, and Fantomex)?

I did notice a couple errors:
- On Magneto, the Secret Wars resurrection says Scott Summers.
- Elixir appears to have the same death listed twice
Books to be excited for:
Immortal X-men, X-men Red, She-Hulk, The Fall of X

While not the writer, i would agree that would be the approach.

Magneto and Elixir fixed.

While Thunderbird is probably back, thus far we've only seen an unidentified guy wearing the same costume he has shared with Warpath, his living brother.

Xorn is a question mark. The man we saw resembles Zorn from the Ultimate universe, or Moira IX's Horseman.
