They're back! Proving you can't good team down the Exiles returned with brand new iteration 9 years after their last series. This series broke the mould somewhat by filling to roster with alternate X-Men but versions of familiar characters from across the wider Marvel universe. Nice! Though you may need to take another pass at that description paragraph. There seems to missing words and it reads very weird. Also I think in the character section, both Valkyrie and Wolvie should have their Exiles III appearances be through issue 12 not issue 5.

I was originally excited that Exiles was coming back but I think I stopped reading it at issue 3. I found the tone and narrative too erratic and the characters barely had room to breathe, allowing me to get to know them. I'm glad I didn't get to the pointless Morph death because that would have really angered me.

Hopefully Marvel revisits the concept sometime in the future and they can recapture the magic of that first series.
