Profile on...MISS SINISTER!

Post by Douglas Mangum »

Claudine Renko was intended to be used as a failsafe clone in the case of Mr. Sinister's death but struggled against his control and took on a life of her own. Proving just as twisted and heinous as her male counterpart, this villainess arrived on the scene to terrorize everyone from X-23 to Old Man Logan. Step inside and read all about the deliciously demented crimes of Miss Sinister!

I may not in the position to say this, but QnD has the most impressive real name so far here. He could be his own fictional character.

Knowing that every post by me is misunderstood, that was a compliment.

Sure, she is a character I have no idea what to make out her. So it was interested to read her whole story in one place.

When she first appeared, I quickly wrote Miss Sinister off as yet the latest character to undergo the "let's make them female" trend. I have nothing against diversity, but after a while it was a bit much: Spider-Girl, Loki, Ironheart, Thor, Lady Bullseye, X-23, Smasher,... (I don't know in which order)

But regardless in her rather short time, Miss Sinister managed to appear in quite a number of storylines and seems to be able to exist paralell to Mr. Sinister with both being their own characters. Nice entry, good read.

Has Mister Sinister and Miss Sinister ever met face to face?

Off panel, they must have at some point if we assume Claudine was Mister Sinister's test subject when he implanted her with the failsafe. On panel, when Claudine was actively changing into him during the X-23 arc. She was fully transforming into him and they were exchanging words with eachother as she struggled against it.
