Spotlight update on... Colossus

Post by Dean Clayton »

The last time we updated this man's spotlight he had just come back from the dead. In the time since he has been corrupted by a demon, possessed by a cosmic entity, become a Horseman of Apocalpyse and even pulled off the hipster-lumberjack look. So take a read of the (few) highs and (many) lows of the X-Men's Russian bear in our updated character article on...Colossus!

Wow fantastic work guys. I was only able to flip through so far but it looks like this update more than doubled the length of his spotlight! Can't wait to read about a character that's had so much happen to them over the last decade plus.
Books to be excited for:
Immortal X-men, X-men Red, She-Hulk, The Fall of X

Wow, that's quite the update. Thanks for all the hard work! I'm sure even just that update was bigger than most full profiles.
I really wanna blow your mind
but I haven't got the time.

Great job! Nice to see you continue to update the old spotlights, which must mean a lot of work.

Also is it just me or does Colossus look like he's dancing in some of the costume gallery, particularly no. 3!

It's not just you, pally.
Many people who had got to know Rincewind had come to treat him as a sort of two-legged miner's canary, and tended to assume that if Rincewind was still upright and not actually running then some hope remained.

I'm glad you guys liked it. And I too realised the first row of costume poses makes it look like he is about to release a fitness video.
We just have one holdout now from the 2004 spotlights and he will be a Beastly one.

It's not like the good doctor's been up to much since 04. Should be a quick read. Honestly though Beast is my favorite X-men and I cannot wait to read it when it comes out.

Updating this must have been a colossal undertaking. I am glad you steeled yourself for the task and did it. My interest never once petered out while reading it.
