Jon Ironfire's blood is a form of molten metal which responds to his thoughts. He can cause the metal blood to flow out through his pores and shape itself into different forms such as horns, body armor, or various blades. He can keep the blood flow internal to coat his bones with a layer of metal, simulating the effect of a metal skeleton. Ironfire can formulate his blood into metal of any type, with any properties. His future self could create a psi-proof helmet similar to Magneto's design, or use his blood to create neuro-synaptic metal fibers to connect himself to certain machines.

Like I realize mutant powers never have to make actual scientific sense, but that's some hogwash there lol. I bet he has terrible circulation!

The First Horsemen, the Swordbearers of Arakko, and the the Great Ring are covered in the last post of the MPD Archives.

Khora the Burning Heart produces a form of bio-energetic flame from her heart. This energy can be cast outwards to amplify the mutant weapons of others, increasing their power levels temporarily. When she holds the energy for herself, it amplifies her own physical prowess, boosting her strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, and presumably healing abilities.

Hey Mono, I know you a few years back you mentioned that you couldn't give a PD on Willie Evans Jr. due to never having read Ironman Annual #8. But has that changed in the 4 years since?

Not really. I've read it, but there's nothing to add. Willie Evans was an immensely powerful mutant whose powers were wide in scope but employed subconsciously, leaving it difficult if impossible to define their parameters as a whole.
