It was more akin to Polaris's secondary mutation -- assuming a single augmented form with greater size, strength, and musculature than her default form. She could not consciously or variably manipulate her size, though.
Thanks.

The characters Samurai and Kamikaze has some sort of explosive touch ability but I've never seen it actually used, can you explain what is was?

Kamikaze created an explosive discharge that he triggered on impact. The impact part was necessary, as Warlock was able to smother Kamikaze's power by holding him aloft in techno-organic hands reshaped as a cushioning air bag.

Samurai only presumably has the same ability, since he and Kamikaze were only retroactively established as two different people.

Does Adrienne Frost have telepathy? In a Generation X issue, she trapped Emma and the Gen-X kids in a psychic illusion.

It was never fully explained how that happened. Adrienne explicitly had new teleportation hardware in that issue (also unexplained) -- it's possible she accomplished it through technology.
