Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
In Stinger's recent appearance she mentions to Omerta that she can't go out in public without being immediately identified as a mutant. What about her powers makes her so obvious? I know she has the pink hair now, but I don't believe she had that back in her AOE days. And even if it is natural, having pink hair isn't exactly a "OMG mutant" thing with the punk sense of style she's been shown to have.
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Stinger has always had pink hair (although she was a punk in the 80's so there was no reason to think it was a mutation). Still, that is the only thing she could feasibly be referring to in that issue.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Maybe it's because of her eyes,in Cable #2 she's drawn with slithery pupils and no iris.
(in her previous appearances she has blue eyes)

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
I'd like to ask about the powers of Nimrod the Lesser. Are the other Nimrods seen fighting Apocalypse separate Nimrod units or duplicates made from Nimrod's own nanotech body?
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
We can assume the latter, based on the level of technological sophistication Nimrod had at that point.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Hi, is there a PD on Miles Warren?
"You come at the king, you best not miss."
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Miles Warren typically has no superhuman powers. As the Jackal, he originally wore a costume with claws built into the gloves of his body suit which were tipped with narcotic or paralytic drugs or could act as electrical prods. Warren had an advanced knowledge of genetics and worked for a time with the High Evolutionary (who in turn had knowledge from Phaedar and Sinister). As a result, Warren was incredibly skilled at human cloning, engineering recombinant DNA viruses, and even artificial animal evolution.
During the Clone Saga, the Jackal resurfaced as an animal hybrid. He had natural fur, claws, and superhuman physical prowess including increased strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, and recuperative powers. At the time, he claimed to be the original Miles Warren bio-engineered to possess superhuman abilities. At one point, the Scarlet Spider learned Warren's history from the High Evolutionary, and how Warren had created his own New Man based on a jackal, only for it to kill his family. The story was ambiguous, leaving open the possibility that Warren WAS that man-jackal in an uncontrolled mutation, or that the original man-jackal was the Jackal from the Clone Saga, posing as his own creator. In any case, post-Clone Saga stories have presented a non-mutated version of Warren as the "original" Miles Warren, suggesting the Clone Saga's Jackal was, if anything, a mutated clone.
Warren is capable of producing clones with special abilities. The Carrion Virus was a form of recombinant DNA that could infect a host with a unique power set and a copy of Warren's memories and personality, genetically preserved. The original Carrion was a clone of Warren, but subsequent ones were independent people mutated and corrupted by the virus's influence. See page 7 of the Archives for a full PD on Carrion. Jackal frequent used clone bodies to send into danger while keeping the real Warren unmolested. The clones he created could contain behavioral programming or self-destruct triggers, which Jackal could activate on command.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
There's a character in the Post HOX mutant appearances list that I can't place. Can I get a description on Razorhead? Is that maybe another name for Razorback?
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Hi, can I get a description of the Futurist (Randolph James)?
"You come at the king, you best not miss."
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Razorhead was a one-time character from X-Statix. He had razor skin.
The Futurist was a hyper-evolved example of humanity. Telepathy, telekinesis, matter transmutation, etc.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Do you have PD's on Weapon H and the Celestials?
"You come at the king, you best not miss."
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Weapon H is Hulk and Wolverine. He was genetically engineered using samples from both of them, possessing a gamma radiation triggered mutation, artificially implanted mutant abilities, and an Adamantium skeleton. Presumably through some form of nano-technology, his Adamantium grows when he does, expanding to fit his Hulk-scale bones when his gamma mutation triggers. He has Wolverine-level senses, physique, and healing factor at normal size, and Hulk-level strength, endurance, leaping, and invulnerability at Hulk-size. He can extend proportionate Adamantium claws in either form and his Hulk state tends to sprout additional bone ridges from his skin.
The Celestials are Space Gods. They can do anything and are deliberately, thematically mysterious.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Thank you. The Brothers from DC vs Marvel, what are they? Macro versions of Eternity and Infinity?
"You come at the king, you best not miss."
Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
No, they just embody a different representation of the multiverse, one that doesn't coincide with traditional mechanics found in Marvel or DC alone.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Thanks, is there a PD on Edifice Rex?

No, he was a one-off joke character.

Re: Monolith's Power Descriptions
Greetings Monolith, and Happy New Year... Can you please tell me which model armor Tony Stark is currently sporting? I'm a bit behind due to Covid-19 shutdowns in NYC. Thanks
