Cordelia Frost was the black haired sister, the youngest, who originally kidnapped Mondo waaay back in the opening issues in Generation X. Her goal was to use him as a bargaining chip to get into the Hellfire Club. She was never presented as much more than a reoccurring nuisance unlike the eldest sister Adrienne would did truly horrible things.

I remember Emma killing Adrienne herself but I don't remember anything happening to Cordelia. Also, her powers have never been clarified but she is, apparently, a mutant, since she's now in the resurrection queue. The only thing we do know is that she is immune to Emma's telepathy. Everything else is fan-created errata.

We can assume it’s a psy power. The siblings so far are all psychos and have the same immunity to each other’s powers.

Also, I believe that you have RedStrings (the poster here) to thank for the rumour that Cordelia was the “Xavier of Empaths”— which is how he described her in a fan fiction he wrote for this site, and then began appearing on Wikipedia and similar shortly thereafter...

This week, we have a few new additions.

Rain Boy, Sprite, and No-Girl all had their first confirmed appearances in New Mutants #14, and Nature Girl and Dust had their first confirmed non-cameo roles in the same issue. Evan Sabahnur/Genesis was also confirmed as not revived.

In Iron Man #4, the new character Halcyon that Tony met in issue 1 was confirmed to be a mutant.

In addition, Nekra made a cameo this week in Savage Avengers #16.

Apologies if this has been addressed, but who is the fiery lady next to Polaris in X of Swords: Destruction on the X-Men splash page?

There were a bunch of characters I couldn't place in that last page. Thanks, Dartalon.

I think - some children are missing on the list:

Josiah Guthrie - New Mutants # 1 (mentioned) (X-Men # 8 – visible)

the 6 children of Angel/Beak (Kara, Axel, Tito + 3 unnamed)- in the New Mutants story line (starting with # 3).
let the play begin.

There's no Josiah Guthrie. Do you mean Joshua? If so, he's on the list as Icarus. If you mean Jebediah, we haven't seen him (officially) yet.

Oh! I totally forgot he even existed. Does he do anything other than fly that we know of?

Apparently he can also create a blast field like his father.

And a stronger one, according to U. S. Avengers #5

Is Sauron a mutant?
Morrison Era 2001-2005, Decimation Era from 2005-2012, Bendis Era 2012-2016, M-Pox era 2016-2017, and Resurrxion 2017-2019, Hickman Era 2019-?

I thought he was, considering his appearances alongside the Brotherhood of Mutants and such. But it looks like he isn't. I'll edit accordingly.

I think his official designation is "magic-based mutate".

Magic? Sauron acquired his powers through science.

Well, "science". He was attacked by pterodactyls and wound up with super-powers and a split personality. But yes, he'd be a "non-mutant variant".

Yeah, it was the whole "bitten by pterodactyls" thing that made me call it magic.
