I haven't read the book yet, but I hope this means this (and Brimstone Love's presence) opens the door for other 2099 mutants to show up like Metalhead or Serpentina.

Re: Post HoX Mutant Appearances
A few updates for the week.
In Marauders v2 #6, Scratch and Dirt Nap made an appearance. Also, Malcolm and Randall of XSE fame and MLF's Sumo have been mentioned as not revived.
EDIT: Persuasion also showed up in Thunderbolts #1 last week.

Re: Post HoX Mutant Appearances
I always assumed Malcolm and Randall weren't in the present long enough to qualify anyway, but did they say why Sumo wasn't? Too much confusion with Slab?

Re: Post HoX Mutant Appearances
They were picked up by Cerebro, so they qualify. And Sumo does qualify for resurrection, it's just that he's not very noteworthy and died a terrorist rather than a victim of genocide or war, so he's not a priority unless someone makes him one.

I hope that Heather makes him a priority. He died a terrorist because she reversed time.

This week, in X-Men Red #6, Syzya of the Smoke made her first appearance. Additionally, the Fisher King was confirmed as a depowered mutant, and new character Azzia of the Eight Blades was mentioned (and is possibly deceased).

Re: Post HoX Mutant Appearances
Since Pietro and Wanda are no longer mutants has it been stated whether it's the same for Speed and Wiccan?
Also, given that Sunfire has recently been featured on the main X-Men team I'm surprised his sister hasn't made any sort of appearance on Krakoa.

Re: Post HoX Mutant Appearances
Speed and Wiccan were never explicitly mutants. They were presumed to be mutants once or twice on-panel, solely because Wanda was their alleged mother, but they were never tested, never showed up on Cerebro, etc. They have not been referred to as mutants since Wanda was revealed not to be one. Their appearances on Krakoa in X-Factor and Trial of Magneto were also presented as "Guests", also implying they are not perceived as mutants.

It's legit. Xavier's encounter with Nightmare doesn't start until later in the story.
