Sad news today about the passing of Luke Perry. I thought he played a fantastic Fred Andrews and he's going to be missed on the show.

I'm just young enough that I don't really remember him from 90210 so Riverdale is my biggest exposure to him.

Check out Buffy & The Fifth Element next.
This makes me sad.

Yeah I’m quite sad over this. They are going to struggle writing him out the show so quick.

He was an archeologist there, who encountered the aliens.

To me he will always be Sideshow Luke Perry.

Dude. I can't believe this. I do remember him as Dylan on 90210 and this has me pretty upset. I actually never got into Riverdale, but I know it's gonna sting if I get into it now, going through three seasons of posthumous Luke Perry. Wow.

Fred Andrews is honestly one of my favorite characters on Riverdale. He's one of the characters that feels most like an actual Archie character compared to the rest of them feeling like knock-offs. I got into Riverdale because I like the Archie comics, but I sure as hell ain't sticking around because of how good the adaption is.

This series is often too serious for its own good, but that smash cut to spring break was comedy gold!

At first, I was offended by you referencing the Dresden Files in relation to the beautiful dumpster fire that is Riverdale. Then I remembered the show and that damn hockey stick.
