Vox thinks LoT is the best superhero show on TV:

Well Ezra Klein is questionable
Isn't he the JournoList guy? Yeah... that was kind of a shitshow.

Anyway, I can only agree with the statement if we are limiting it to the latest/current seasons of the Arrowverse shows.
Legends has a lot of problems but at least it has been fun on a regular basis and consistently delivers great character moments. The same can't be said about Arrow, Flash or Supergirl lately.

The final fight had me smiling the whole time. It's completely absurd but made total sense. Plus... who doesn't like Beebo:

I guess it depends on how strict your definition of superhero is. If you want to be really strict, maybe not, but then why count Legends of Tomorrow since, as the show likes to remind us: "We are a team of misfits and outcasts, so please don't call us heroes, we are legends."

For simplicity sake, I would classify all the current DC and Marvel shows that are based on superhero comics as superhero shows. Both Legion and The Gifted were better than Legends IMHO. I gave up watching Gotham early on but I have friends who still watch it and say that it has been great. Haven't been following Black Lightning but people rave about it as well.

I just think that once you take all of those shows into consideration, then Legends is good but not the clear winner.

While Legends of Tomorrow is the most fun of The CW’s DC shows, Black Lightning may be its overall best. https://mattthecatania.wordpress.com/20 ... ctrifying/

Black Lightning is good, but I completely agree that Legends of Tomorrow is the best superhero show on TV. I feel bad that it's tied to the rest of the CW shows because it's just so much better than them.

Tell DC to make Beebo merch! https://twitter.com/LoTWritersRoom/stat ... 6694029312

I tried to watch this live & they played football instead!

DC has a ton of magical entities they could use in season four, but so far I’m not sure if it’ll feature any of them. The being that attacked Constantine at the end of the premiere wrote to him through a mirror, so could reality be threatened by The Might Beyond The Mirror otherwise known as Tsarita the Queen of Fables? Since she transmogified Ray & Mick into swine, I kind of wish they’d used Wonder Woman’s Circe instead of a generic fairy godmother. She called the demon hunting John “he,” so the Arrowverse still isn’t getting a female Big Bad. (Unless “he” turns out to be a sub-boss battle.) The First of The Fallen could be him, although it seems like he’d be a repeat of Mallus. Maybe it’s Klarion the Witch Boy & his feline familiar, Teekl? Even though they should’ve introduced Jason Blood in “Camelot/3000,” I’d really like to see Etrigan! I’m not sure if DC is embargoing as many as possible for DC Universe or if the writers simply aren’t interested in using them.

There was a Beebo stuffed animal on Supergirl last week, so there's at least the possibility in the future of real life ones.

Why invent a new kaiju when STARRO THE CONQUEROR is ready for its close up?

I could swear I remember a couple passing references to Starro either here or on Supergirl, right?

Words I never thought I would hear in a Legends episode:

So goodnight you moonlight ladies
Rockabye sweet baby James
Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose
Won't you let me go down in my dreams
And rockabye sweet baby James.

"Legends Of ToMeowMeow" was what Arrow's installment of Elseworlds should've been! Give Legends Of Tomorrow all the awards!

Man, CW casting is lazy. Just rip a dude from the last season of one show and put him in another completely different show.

Guy playing Desmond, Christian Keyes, was a character in Supernatural the last couple seasons.

If the actor is good and easy to work with, I can see why they would do it. It saves time, reduces potential surprised/complications and builds good will among actors towards the network.

Personally, I don't think it's a problem unless it's the same show/universe. Plus, when a series of connected shows starts to become really big, casting can become a headache. Stargate, for instance had a habit of doing it. They even had actors that played minor characters come back as different characters that were part of the main/recurring cast. The 2 main medical doctors on Atlantis had both appeared in previous episodes. Christopher Hayerdahl played 3 different characters on Stargate, each character showing up in more episodes than the previous one. That could be classified as lazy (although to his credit, it was probably because he's a good actor and had good chemistry with almost everyone).

Plus there's that whole Canadian actor "everyone is in everything" thing because of limited numbers of them.

LOT won the dance of dragons with Jenga in Hell!
Perhaps the Leg-Ends could be A-Listers too if they bothered wearing their own supersuits more than once a year.
Maybe this is how we finally get Gentleman Ghost?
