I mean you gotta give credit at times to some amazing CW sequences.

So is Kamala still going to be Inhuman or will she be the MCU's first mutant?

IMO CW has been better at making superhero shows than Netflix did with Marvel's properties.I'd put Arrow S2 and S5, along with Flash S1 and Legends S2-S3 in the same quality as Daredevil or Jessica Jones. The CW shows just fall off a lot harder. I wouldn't wish Arrow S3 and S4 on anyone.

Moon girl and devil dinosaur cartoon is also on the way. This was a no-brainier really as everything about the comic screamed for it to be a cartoon.

I am excited about the Disney Plus price (if you already get Hulu and ESPN+ it is basically free in a bundle) but I am a bit bummed they said they will be doing these shows on a weekly release and not by season. I understand why they are doing that but I am not a fan.

But you can just schedule them however you want if they are all available. You can still watch one a week. :P

Of which I have none.

It's weird. If multiple shows are released weekly I can keep up easily as long as I'm interested. If the entire season of a show is released there's a good chance I may never watch it because I'll want to binge, but can't find the time.

Plus weekly releases give us a better framing to discuss each episode!

I have good news for anyone who lives in the Netherlands. First off, you live in the Netherlands which is just cool, but also you can watch Disney+ right now for free until November 12th. I guess you guys are the world's Beta Testers.

Word is WandaVision is introducing us to SWORD. Given that the concept first appeared in an XMen comic I’m a little surprised but pleased.

I can’t believe Disney expects me to subscribe to this service for an entire year before even the first new Marvel content drops.

It does seem like their big sell is all their old content, there really isn't a whole lot of new stuff so far.

I mean Nu, they don't need you to if that makes you feel better. They already have over 11 million subscribers from the first day.

And hey, watch the new DuckTales, it's AMAZING. That's the only reason I got it early, I've been wanting to watch and wasn't disappointed. I also enjoy Encore but I'm a theatre person, and HSM:TM:TS is silly in a fun-to-watch-while-doing-something-else way. The Mandolorian is popular. And there are also some other recent shows like Tangled: The Series or Pixar shorts that are enjoyable too.

I can't wait for this to come to the UK, primarily to binge the old animated series, but my missus is a Disney freak, so even without the new Marvel content, we'd be getting this from Day One in any case.

If you like the actual Disney Parks then the Imagineering Story series is really good.

One of the things I really like about Disney Plus is on the classic movies they actually give you the bonus material. The advantage of DVDs over streaming has always been the extras like deleted scenes or Making Of documentaries but Disney Plus gives you these things too.

I will definitely check out the Imagineering show. Whilst other theme parks have better rides, the Disney parks are a masterful example of the crafts of theming and story-telling.
