Is it actual Thanos? I haven’t read that title...

I’d go as far as to say that if it’s explicitly an alternate version of Thanos, then no. If there’s some ambiguity, perhaps count for now and then retroactively deduct points if it’s later stated that it’s an alternate reality Thanos (sorry for whomever has Thanos!)

In the issue, CGR goes back in time to kill Thanos as a baby but can't do it because he is still an innocent. But he ends up taking the baby with him. So I guess the baby will be making appearances.
