Re-Examing Moira X and her Place in Continuity

What has that got to do with Moira or the way Wanda's powers worked in respect of Moira?

Well with respect to Moira's powers they are on a Genetic/Cosmic level as she 'resets' the entirely reality where as Wanda's simply altered reality to suite her desire so the Moira in the HOM actually could have been Moira X but had her memories altered by Wanda's Hex powers to fit into the new reality.

It would depend is Moira essentially a normal human being or does she have either cosmic/resistance to Magic as well? she remembers all of her previous lives resets everything including magical based beings. So its possible the warp didn't affect her and she may have been aware of what had happened.

Does her powers affect dimensions linked to her universe? such as Limbo or the Dark Dimension? this would imply she has some control over Magic as well or others would have become aware of her powers.

I skipped "Inferno" & "Lives/Deaths Of Wolverine." I understand Moira got her powers neutralized, but why is she suddenly evil now? I'm missing a huge chunk of context.

Moira was pretty cross already at Xavier and Magneto because they were keeping her both a secret and a prisoner to the rest of Krakoa. She was planning to out herself but then when Destiny was resurrected by Mystique, Emma decided to tell Mystique and Destiny about Moira, because she was upset that she had to find out about Moira on her own. So then Mystique and Destiny used a gun made by Forge (not for this express purpose mind you) to turn Moira back into a human, thus eliminating her resurrection/reboot powers, and then tried to kill her. So Moira went on the run. She's gone full villain because she thinks (and perhaps rightfully so) that Charles and Erik were never on her side.

But why is she selling out all of Krakoa to Orchis when her past lives showed her the danger of letting humans have the upper hand? Why does she suddenly want to destroy all mutants? Isn't there a way to reverse the neutralizer? Can't she just die in the crucible & get them restored with the bonus of knowing how to avoid this betrayal?

At this point, from Moira's perspective, the last time she had agency to make her own decisions was her Third Life. Every life since then has been living under Destiny's threat as best she can, siding with the mutants because she would be killed otherwise. She feels she has tried every possible permutation of making it work, and even when she gets as close as possible, it's still not enough for her, personally. The best possible present/future for mutants means her being a "kept woman", for fear her death undoes the progress. Even if she builds paradise, she can never risk living in it. On the other hand, she can leave mutants behind and join the machine. One future from X Deaths of Wolverine showed Moira prepared to join with the Phalanx as we saw in Powers of X, perhaps living forever.
