Honestly, I'd like to see all of these ideas produced. I'm a sucker for this stuff.

I'll take a crack at this. These are kind of slapped together but do bear with me.

UNCANNY X-MEN — Written by Mark Waid. Illustrated by Alex Ross.
  • Cast: Jean Grey, Monet St. Croix, Forge, Psylocke, Iceman, Storm, Magik, Wiccan.
  • Concept: IN A WORLD WITHOUT THE AVENGERS, MAGNETO or PROFESSOR XAVIER, these X-Men have stepped forward to act as bona fide heroes to all. These are the X-Men—who watch over the Earth and distant extraterrestrial civilizations from their space station, responding to earthbound disasters, helping to resolve alien conflicts, and protecting the oppressed everywhere.
ASTONISHING X-MEN — Written by Cullen Bunn. Illustrated by Daniel Acuna.
  • Cast: Cyclops, X-23, Three-in-One, Polaris, Danger, Surge, Shola Inkose, Havok, Sage, Briar Raleigh.
  • Concept: Marvel's Outlaw Heroes Are Back—and thought to be dead! Under cover of shadow, the X-Men work to protect mutants and ethically curb threats around the world—all while evading contact with the Uncanny X-Men. Headquartered in THE WORLD.

MYSTIQUE — Written by Brian K. Vaughan. Illustrated by Laurence Campbell.
  • Cast: Mystique, naturally. Destiny. Pulse. Scalphunter.
    Cameo by Emma Frost.
  • Concept: Mystique has been... convinced, and not gently, to undertake her most difficult mission yet. She'll need the help of a few friends. And maybe a reformed, once-murderous Marauder.

NYX — Written by Dex Farkin (who wrote this incredible procedural crime fan-fiction, and predicted the Scott/Emma Frost pairing before anyone else as far as I know); illustrated by John Paul Leon.
  • Cast: Jessica Jones, Skein, Kwannon, Marrow
  • Concept: With fewer street-level heroes in the Marvel Universe than ever before following the cataclysmic events of House of X, Jessica Jones finds unlikely partners among the mutant population of New York City as she seeks to take down threats like THE HAND, KINGPIN, THE MAGGIA, and more—and solve the mystery... where have Earth's heroes gone, and why are there so many goddamned assholes left?
DEADPOOL AND X-FORCE— Written by Simon Spurrier
  • Cast: Deadpool, Hellion, Domino, Shatterstar, Hope Summers, Boom-Boom, Mastermind (Martinique Wyngarde), Gambit.
  • Concept: I don't know, man. X-Force stuff with Deadpool being there to my infinite chagrin.
ACADEMY X — Written by Craig Kyle and Chris Yost.
  • Cast: David Alleyne (Prodigy), Quentin Quire, Bling!, Hope Abbott, Honey Badger, Leong & Nga Coy Manh, Nicole & Claudette St. Croix, Franklin & Valeria Richards, Molly Hayes, etc.
  • Concept: Recruited by a mysterious benefactor to help sensitive cases among mutant youths and other outcasts, Quentin Quire and Prodigy must work together to run the newly erected Xavier Academy.
New Illuminati: Written by Beau Willimon (LOL) & Jonathan Hickman. Illustrated by Adi Granov.
  • Cast: Emma Frost, Destiny, Amelia Voght, Namor the Sub-Mariner, Dr. Doom, Danger
  • Supporting Characters: Three-in-One, Monet St. Croix, Hellion, Mystique, Jessica Jones, David Alleyne
  • Concept: Seemingly forgotten by much of mankind, the Lord Imperial of Hellfire Club (Emma Frost) has begun the deadliest chess game of her life—secretly preparing Earth's heroes for a conflict of the likes they have never seen, permanently destroying the enemies of man and mutant kind, and brokering sometimes dark deals to do it... Meanwhile, a cabal of Earth and beyond's deadliest foes have formed a cabal to eliminate Earth's heroes, and existence itself. This book ties into all of the others in some way to be revealed in some inevitable crossover event.
Unity Squad Draft: Monet St. Croix. Mr. Fantastic. Professor Xavier. Doctor Voodoo. Tempus.

Loving everyone's ideas. Especially for solos. I really like the idea of giving Rachel a solo title. And one that makes use of her chronoskimming to boot? Sign me up. And grief', your Colossus pitch is inspired, I would read the hell out of that book. I like Inspid increasing the X-Verse' links to the rest of the Marvel Universe. It's something I wanted to do more of than I have in my pitch. Hephaestion's pitch feels weirdly close to something I could imagine Hickman's X-Verse looking like.

I’m going to take a different tack to Uncanny than das_boot and grief. If this book is truly where Feige and co are going to look to pull for their MCU lineup then there’s something to be dealt with. That while Fox have built up goodwill towards the franchise when it comes to solo ventures like Deadpool and Logan, it hasn’t done as good of a job when it comes to the main team. While going for a roster of recognisable mutants might be a good idea, throwing a few fresh faces into the MCU X-Men wouldn’t hurt either. While I think they’ve played it safe in the last couple of years, back at the beginning of the MCU no one who wasn’t a comic fan gave a damn about Iron Man, and he became the lynchpin of the entire franchise. I think that risk needs to be taken with the X-Men, to differentiate between them and the Fox incarnation of the group. So….

Cast: Storm, Iceman, Northstar, M, Dust, Forge, Polaris and X-23

This is the X-Men’s A-Team. They travel the world, fighting just for mutant rights, but for human rights. The first year will find the team embarking on a PR world tour attempting to rebuild the X-Men’s reputation as a humanitarian organisation. This team battles sex traffickers, does relief work and brokers peace between volatile territories all while they try to coalesce into an effective and well-oiled unit as well as dealing with the additional perils of a superhuman world and the skeletons in their own closets.

Storm takes another stab at leadership following Kitty’s disappearance during the events of Hickman’s series and her past experience as the head of the UN-backed X.S.E. We have tension with Forge due to their bitter romantic past and with Polaris over command. Storm is in serious self-doubt mode, while Lorna’s only become more self-assured and decisive. She also garners loyalty from several of the members she has worked with and lead before. There’s awkwardness between Polaris and Iceman after Bobby’s coming out, and a surprising rift develops between Bobby and Jean-Paul as the former becomes jealous of what he perceives as Jean-Paul’s picture-perfect life, while secretly Northstar is struggling to keep all his plates spinning. M clashes with Dust over their differing ideals and perspectives on faith, and with X-23 over her brutal approach in battle, which reminds Laura a bit too much of Kimura for her liking, before the pair develop a respect for each other over their past traumas. This team is split between two camps: the more idealist and optimistic members of the group such as Ororo, Bobby, Laura and Sooraya against the more pragmatic and practically minded members such as Lorna, Monet and Forge.

Cast: Jean Grey, Emma Frost, Beast, Gentle, Trinary, Armor, Omega Sentinel, Tempus, Banshee, Pyro

While Ororo’s team goes globetrotting, Jean Grey resumes her work on behalf of the Mutant Nation, attempting to build a case to once again petition the UN to gain recognition for the mutant race. But times are fraught, what with her ally Namor having to declared war on the surface world and the X-Men’s hold over their undersea venture, Searebro, tenuous at best. She links up with a reluctant Beast, still longing to escape the superhero life but tied to it in so many ways, and Emma Frost, a woman of whom she may not have love for, but Jean’s seen into her heart, she knows where Emma’s interests lie, and she may be the only woman who can keep both Namor and multiple world governments off their backs. In the background, Gentle and Trinary remain from X-MEN: RED as Jean’s loyal lieutenants, while Armor and Pyro provide new voices of dissent. Karima Shapandar serves as an intelligence gathering agent. Now if only Eva Bell wasn’t so convinced that they were about to **** the whole thing up.
One part Morrison-esque grandeur, one part Spurrier/Gillen weirdness, with Tom Taylor’s heart.

Cast: Rogue, Gambit, Jubilee, Cypher, Bling!, Mercury, Glob Herman, Eye Boy, Layla Miller

Rogue and Gambit’s presence in their apartment building in NYC has most of the other residents running for the hills. As their top-floor view causes the prices around them to plummet, the newly-weds find themselves at the centre of a burgeoning new Mutant Town and familiar faces soon take up residence around them. They suggest Jubilee move in downstairs, to keep an eye on her as she deals with the trauma of Chamber’s death and the trauma of her time in the Age of X-Man, while their other former charge, Bling! Seeks refuge after realising why she first decided to escape her hip-hop superstar parents. Glob Herman moves in for the hell of it, while Cypher sequesters himself on the second floor and gets mad every time Mercury turns the wifi on, fueling temptation to give into his information addiction. And sure Cessily’s happy with her girlfriend, Roxy…so what if she yearns for the super heroic lifestyle Bling! Is spurning? And Eye-Boy is the involuntary witness to it all.
Plus: Layla Miller just moved in downstairs. What does she know that the others don’t?

Cast: Sunspot, Toni Ho, Karma, Enigma

Right, so Al Ewing gives Roberto a brilliant setup at the end of No Surrender and no one followed up. So here it is. Having faked his death as mutantkind appeared to be on its last legs, Roberto Da Costa is in a prime position to act as an anonymous boogeyman to its enemies as the mutant race begins its resurgence. He is Citizen X. He is among you. But you will never find him. Not least because ‘Berto is smart enough to share the burden as old friends X’ian Coy Mahn and Aikku Johnsen help permeate the ruse of Citizen X as an untouchable, unstoppable ghost.
But Roberto isn’t the only man playing this game. And when Raven Darkholme begins co-opting the identity of Citizen X for her own inscrutable ends, Roberto’s luck may just run out. After all, pride comes before a fall…

Cast: Magik, Shadowcat

Following injuries she suffered during Hickman’s series, Kitty Pryde lies on the precipice between life and death, sustained only by the physical embodiment of her best friend’s soul, Magik’s mystical blade, the fabled Soulsword. Now, Illyana Rasputin/Magik, weaponless and reliant solely on her inherent teleportation ability and her occult knowledge, searches for a way to save Kitty from an early grave. She’ll also have to reckon with her utter mastery of the Limbo dimension, and the morality of reshaping it to her whim, even if its residents are the demonic likes of Sym and Nasarith. And even as Illyana begins to live something of a normal life for the first time since her resurrection as she sets up shop in cosmopolitan Brussels, old ghosts still follow her. Some secrets the X-Men knew, but some they didn’t….

Moonstar, Warpath, Surge, Hellion, No-Girl, Hindsight, Morph, Anole, Rockslide, Pixie

With Moonstar back in the game and serving as a mentor as this group of young heroes figure out how their place in the world as an independent youth division of Xavier’s dream and Warpath as drill sergeant, Noriko Ashida finds herself in a position where she can no longer blame adults for holding her back. Do she and her team have what it takes? Or will their own issues tear them apart before they make it out of the gate? What’s with the newly rebellious Pixie? Why is Anole staring daggers every time Hindsight and Morph make moon eyes at each other? And when the Generation NeXt are forced to do battle with both the Young Avengers and the Runaways, the important questions will be answered. Why does David Alleyene/Prodigy have such a thing for speedsters? And Rockslide vs Hulkling: Who Wins? And even if Santo can beat Teddy Kree Blue, what about new challenger Gib of the Gibborim?

Deadpool, Domino, Colossus, Psylocke, Boom-Boom, Rictor, Shatterstar

Since his bestie Cable’s death, a new religion has formed around the old mercenary time-traveller, the Cult of Providence, who have begun committing terrorist actions in his name as they attempt raise Providence Island once again, and create heaven on earth in the name of Nathan Summers. Deadpool looks to stop them before they go too far. Domino and Colossus attempt to keep Deadpool in line as he assembles a new X-Force in order to stop the Cult of Providence from destroying the world in the process, when they aren’t too distracted by each other. Psylocke wants to prove she’s just as deadly in her original body as she was in the old one. Wade finds a kindred spirit in the carefree Boom-Boom, while the more serious Shatterstar wishes to protect his fallen mentor’s memory. Rictor’s just along for the ride…But is that enough for Julio anymore?
But Nathan Summers isn’t the Cult of Providence’s only messiah…. What’s the agenda of his daughter, Hope? What does it have to with Ellie Phiminster, the erstwhile Negasonic Teenage Warhead? And when Deadpool’s own daughter ends up in the crosshairs, all hell will break loose.

Cast: Cyclops, Wolverine, Magneto, X (Charles Xavier)

Imagine Dark Horse’s Angel and Faith series. If Angel and Faith had been Angel and Spike. This series will explore Scott and Logan’s friendship as they chase the trail of the reborn Xavier following the events of House of X and Powers of X, as they come to terms with their rebirths, their self-hatred and their complicated relationship with each other and with the Dream.

Plus, this way Logan doesn’t have to be in a solo title.

Feel free to suggest possible writer/art teams for these. I was thinking Leah Williams as writer for Magik and Kelly Thompson as writer on X-Factor. Aside from that, I'm drawing a blank.

I have more extensive thoughts on the storylines for some of these but I will just give the basic outline:

The X-Men! Professor X, Cyclops, Iceman, Angel, Beast, Jean Grey, Havok, Polaris, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, Storm, Colossus, Psylocke!

They're dead. All those characters died in the next event. They aren't coming back.*

But fortunately the world still has the:

Uncanny X-Men

This is the primary team and the public face of the X-Men. Not on the field team but present are also Kitty Pryde who runs the school and Forge who is in charge of tech and equipment.

Written by Nick Spencer with art by Russell Dauterman

Secondary team of X-Men who undergo more covert and dangerous missions and will also find themselves in space at one point.

Written by Al Ewing with art by Mike Deodato Jr

Boom boom
Strong Guy

Karma and Jubilee. Boom-Boom and Strong Guy. Cypher and Longshot. Dazzler and Maggott. Roommates in the same apartment complex just trying to live normal life. Little to no superheroics in this title, it is a sitcom-like book.

Written by Rainbow Rowell with art by Travel Foreman

Deadpool and X-Force
Glob Herman
Shark Girl

Cable once took a bunch of young kids under his wing and now Deadpool decides he needs to step up and do the same. Wade Wilson will create the most badass team of fighting youths ever assembled!

Written by Kelly Thompson with art by Lan Medina

Generation X

Mentored by Rachel Grey, these kids represent the future of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

Nature Girl

Written by Chip Zdarsky with art by Juanan Ramirez

Academy X

Mentored by Emma Frost, these kids are the rivals from the Massachusetts Academy for Mutants

Stepford Cuckoos

Written by Jim Zub with art by Iban Coello

Both of these youth books will crossover at times and possibly even swap cast members

Cable and Bishop
Both men are nomads through time and space, fighting to help who they can. Their journeys will sometimes diverge and sometimes intersect, with both men finding themselves at different times to be enemies and allies

Written by Simon Spurrier with art by Mike del Mundo

Rogue and Gambit
With most of the senior X-Men dead, Rogue and Gambit leave things in the hands of the next generation and retire to consider starting a family. But enemies from their past may not allow them to walk away...

Written by Gail Simone with art by Nic Klein

*No way should this be the basis for the MCU but f*$% corporate mandates, we make comics for the sake of comics.
Best Comics of Week 28

Best X-Comic: X-Force #10 by Benjamin Percy (1) and Joshua Cassara (1)
Best Non-X Comic: Dr. Strange #5 by Mark Waid (1) and Kev Walker (1)

In parentheses number of times creator has had best comic of the week this year

That’s kind, thanks! I am bad at story developing, I rather like to build teams. In 2000 I started creating x-related characters and storylines but I never really went further into actually writing something.

Exiles... well I really wanted to go crazy. X-Men legacy made me fall in love with the hot bromance between Mimic and Omega, and for Scott and Lgan, well those two always behaved like same sided magnets, so I thought it would be totally crazy to go that way.

The Uncanny team is made up of Cullen Bunn‘s Uncanny team and Marc Guggenheim‘s team that went into the Negative Zone.

Got way more "Post House of X" than "AoXM",but I got my Affinity Photo on and tried re-creating a Hickman chart!

Scrapped New Mutants as charming as it seems like it will be as well as Fallen Angels and opted to replace them with two "solos" (although Wolverines is very much a Logan-driven ensemble) to create his own franchise.

Kevin Wada oversees costumes.

X-MEN is very much the powerhouse, pretty but intimidating group of mutants. They move the needle as far as mutant culture is concerned and are shaping public perception. They generally stay in Krakoa but also act as the mutant Illuminati and will meet with world leaders, the Avengers, and the FF. Synch's abilities will probably be tweaked after his resurrection. (Jonathan Hickman/Russell Dauterman & Juann Cabal/Matt Wilson & Nolan Woodard)

X-FORCE moves further into a new wave of OG X-Force--students graduating into a bit of an extreme world. Sunspot, Rogue, and Kwannon each have a lot to teach in terms of big wig smoozing, espionage, and...decapitation (Kwannon), and these students will find out if that world is for them. (Bryan E. Hill/Nick Dragotta/Frank Martin)

MARAUDERS is still X-Men on a boat, but leans heavier into Emma perhaps being a bit more Hellfire-inclined than she has been in the past, surveying the resources of other nations for trade but also for a potential future conquest. Mondo and Marrow are her henchmen in this regard, but Marrow has strong emotional ties to Gambit that may cause her to spoil some of Emma's plans. Kitty will be grappling with the loss of Colossus but will be torn when she feels more strongly about losing Illyana in the process. Christian continues to unravel, forcing Emma to oust him from the HTC (Vita Ayala/Yasmine Putri)

EXCALIBUR is as much a book about Betsy finding her new role as a Mutant Magician/Captain Britain as it is about everyone wanting to keep an eye on Wanda, who is obviously inclined to quickly pick up on the mystical quests this team is on. The Acolytes, filled with depowered mutants and led by Quicksilver, will oppose this quest for knowledge for obvious reasons. (Tini Howard/F. Scott Forbes)

Each book would focus on the excesses that come with success:
the X-MEN book shows mutants having too much control;
X-FORCE has too information;
MARAUDERS is about greed and an excess of resources;
and EXCALIBUR is about having too much unchecked power (in this case, raw power).

Meanwhile, MAGIK is further developing her own abilities while shying away from the world after Colossus is killed. Former Hellion Tarot will appear as a foil. (Kathryn Immomen/Aud Koch/Jordie Bellaire)

THE WOLVERINES find the Howlett family living in Madripoor trying their hand at reforming the nation so it is of use to Krakoa. You get Gabby going to assassin school, Daken trying to not be an [expletive], and Laura and Logan as an odd couple keeping them together. (Al Ewing/Daniel Warren Johnson)

X-Corps/Project: Assimilation would have a mini with an option for an ongoing and it would be akin to X-Factor Investigations featuring ex-students living in Mutant Town, getting down to the local level. The mini would further tease mysteries about Hollow/Penance. Manifold will attempt to invite Wakandan mutants to Krakoa, which could fracture his relationship with the nation and leads to introducing the 616-version of Guardian (Derek Morgan), an American-born Wakandan mutant (Hickman/Larraz/Gracia).

Note: Professor X and Moira X/10 are missing; Colossus, Magma,

Dust, Goldballs, Ursa Major, Darkstar, Wiccan (may be a late addition to Excalibur), Speed, and Molly Hayes are still doing their thing in the larger MU.

Franklin Richards remains a point of interest.

Morlocks continue to live outside Krakoa, now consisting of Callisto, Maggott, Felon (NYX), Briquette, Litterbug, Catseye, and Graymalkin. Marrow hordes resources for them in exchange for her work with the Hellfire Trading Company.

Villain Teams:
MLF (Polaris, Unuscione, Hellion, and Shola) aren't so keen on just building a new nation but want global retribution (specifically in the name of the fallen Genosha) and it puts them at odds with the X-Men. They're a bit reckless and more so get in the way of the X-Men's plans. They will eventually build a competing mutant nation, of which Catiana (NYX), Cipher, Neophyte (Acolytes), Wicked, Freakshow, and Ernst as early inhabitants.

Acolytes (Quicksilver, Agent Zero/Maverick, Angel Salvadore, Beak, Scanner, Radius (90's Alpha Flight), and Surge) - aforementioned opposition to Wanda (or anyone) learning mutant magic.

Brotherhood (Destiny, Mystique, Pyro, Toad, Frenzy, Pulse) - Destiny seems to still be in contact with Moira and is one-upping X-Force's quest for intelligence. Their objectives remain unclear but they are slowly building to something big.

Harbringers (Selene, Sabretooth, Emplate, DOA, Adrienne Frost, Clay (X-Factor villain), Typhoid Mary, and Pestilence (roach lady) - basically the new Marauders and Horsemen of Apocalypse in one. They are assassins and want to bring about the apocalypse to overthrow anyone who infringes upon their autonomy.

Scavengers (Ruckus, Gorgeous George, Thirst (Ghosts of Cyclops), Skein, Shark Girl, and Thumbelina) - the X-Men's version of the Wrecking Crew. Silly, fun, and campy.

Upstarts (Fenris, Paulie Provenzano, Empath, Lady Mastermind, Tremolo (Hell’s Belles) - Brewing threat that takes bids for their services, notably to the Harbringers.

Gorgon, Shadow King, and Apocalypse are still at-large.

Vulcan, Lifeguard, and Slipstream will return as villains

How's Jean giving leadership lessons to anyone? She managed to have the entire X-men under her command defeated and for months staying as puppets of Nate Grey, someone that was an ally. She is responsible for, objectively speaking, the biggest leadership failure in the history of the X-men now. Mind you, i'm not saying Disassembled was not a horrible story, but it existed.
I would say the no-team era, where all of the X=Men died, left, or were reborn through the Siege Perilous, was the greatest leadership failure in the history of the X-Men. The slow attrition was merciless.

Anyhow, as to the remit, my future titles will be built around Krakoa. One flagship book will be more Earth-oriented, one will be about Mutant society on Krakoa. Not sure about much beyond that. But I’m not doing to Hickman what they did to Morison. I’m embracing the sci-fi future of mutants.

To establish a peace treaty and non-aggression pact, the United Nations and the sovereign territory of Krakoa started working closely together. Oh my, I just found this interesting thread and I hope you don’t mind if I add my ideas.
There are no special writers or artist that I prefer because some of them are not really fan favorites from what I read in this forum so far.

Cast: Havok, Polaris, Warlock, Penance (M), Vanisher, Gentle, Archangel

The main team, first response team to mutant related crises. They protect smaller mutant colonies with mutants who do not want to live on Krakoa. Those colonies are targeted by various anti-mutant groups.

Ultimate X-Men:
Cast: Storm, Sunspot, Psylocke, Zero, Graymalkin, Magma, Justice, Pulse, Xorn, Daken

Krakoa is growing bigger by assimilating smaller uninhabited islands into its own mass. Some of them are old and forgotten offsprings. New mutants arrive daily and colonize the newly added landmass. A team of X-Men acts as the inner police of Krakoa.
They take care that no aggression comes up between the settlements themselves and the Krakoan Council. They are also the first to respond of the proximity alert has been activated.

Cast: Cecilia Reyes, Kavita Rao, Triage, Healer

Cecilia is infected by an aggressive variant of the Legacy Virus while she treated a new group of mutant refugees.
Not knowing how long to life, Cecilia recalls her last years, sets out to explore the world a last time. With only a few of her colleagues knowing about her condition, they are her moral support on the phone while she journeys under the sun and moon.

Cast: Vulcan, Petra, Sway, Darwin

Vulcan is ordered to do recon missions in Shi‘Ar space. His former Genesis team members accompany him on this trip. Especially Darwin is highly interested in showing Vulcan, what he did to a whole Galaxy, years ago.

Mutant Underground:
Cast: Fantomex, Bedlam, Omerta, Cipher, Firestar, Transonic, Hijack

An Independent group of mutants, infiltrating companies and industry, doing whatever it takes to get fundings for Krakoa.

Cast: Deadpool, Jean Grey, Warpath, Shatterstar, Rictor, Rogue, Dazzler

Deadpool secretly uses one-way teleportation units on some X-Men, for them to be teleported to Canada.
Weapon Plus uses the World again to breed and grow advanced weapons.

Cast: rotating members from the Young and New X-Men, Lights.

Cast: Iceman, Slipstream, Lifeguard, Sage, Thunderbird, Mastermind (Martinique), Gambit, Bishop,

Lifeguard is asking for help in search of her brother, who was kidnapped by a rogue Inhumans tribe. Sage and Bishop, together with Thunderbird and Iceman start looking for Slipstream in abandoned tribe places for clues about his whereabout. Meanwhile, Martinique Wyngarde is finally on her way of redemption, knowing she must do better than her family and starts her own investigation for Slipstream.
„Well then... hug me if you must!“
